Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within Australia is FREE for all orders over $80 when sent by standard Australia Post.

For all other orders shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.95 Australia-wide when sent by standard Australia Post.

If you need your order urgently, please select the Express Post option at the checkout. Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post express post for $12.30 within Australia.

Your order will normally ship within 1 – 2 business days of receipt of your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.

Currently we only ship within Australia on the website. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us directly at hello@godogood.com.au for a quote to ship to your destination.

Please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery within Australian metropolitan regions. For delivery to regional locations within Australia, please allow 5 – 10 working days.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery within Australian metropolitan regions. For delivery to regional locations within Australia, please allow 5 – 10 working days. 

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent using Australia Post with tracking. You will be notified as soon as your order is on its way with your unique tracking number so that you can follow the delivery progress on the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to have the very best shopping experience, so if you have any concerns with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@godogood.com.au.

We will happily refund or exchange items that have been damaged prior to delivery but we do not offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind. If for any reason you’re not happy with the quality of your order, please send us an email at hello@godogood.com.au  within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Our returns and refunds policy applies to goods that are damaged prior to delivery, have not been worn, used, broken or altered in any way. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When contacting us about any concerns with your order, please include your order number, the product of concern and information and/ or photos on the nature of your concern. We will do our best to resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

What if I received a damaged item?

On very rare occasions, packages may get damaged during the shipping process. If for any reason you’re not happy with the quality of your order, please send us an email at hello@godogood.com.au including your order number and photos of any damaged items. We will do our best to replace your damaged item as soon as possible.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Are shipping costs refundable?

Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable.
